डॉ. विनय नातू : मृत्यूदराकडे गांभिर्याने पाहिले जात नाही
गुहागर, ता. 02 : सातत्याने लॉकडाऊनचा कालावधी वाढवला जातोय. हा कालावधीत आरोग्य विभागाच्या सुविधांकडे लक्ष देणे अपेक्षित आहे. त्याकडे महाविकास आघाडीचे दुर्लक्षच सुरु आहे. मात्र याच लॉकडाऊनमध्ये वसुली आणि हप्ते वसुली वाढली आहे. असा आरोप भाजपचे उत्तर रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्याध्यक्ष आणि माजी आमदार डॉ. विनय नातू यांनी केला आहे.
महाराष्ट्रात पुन्हा एकदा 15 जूनपर्यंत लॉकडाऊन वाढविण्याची घोषणा केली. त्यानंतर लगेचच रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यात 2 जुन ते 8 जुनपर्यंत कडक लॉकडाऊन करण्यात येत असल्याचे जिल्हा प्रशासनाने सांगितले. या निर्णयांवर टिका करताना डॉ. विनय नातू म्हणाले की, महाविकास आघाडीच्या सरकारने लॉकडाऊन वाढवायची भूमिका घेतली आहे. लॉकडाऊनची नियमावली बनवली. मात्र नेमका लॉकडाऊन कशासाठी आहे. याच्याबद्दल महाविकास आघाडी सरकारला आणि प्रशासनाला गांभिर्य नाही. मात्र याच लॉकडाऊनमध्ये वसुली आणि हप्ते वसुली सुरळीत सुरु आहे. खासगी वाहनाने कोणी जात असेल तर त्याला अडवले जाते. त्याचवेळी मुंबई, पुणे मार्गावर खासगी प्रवासी वहातूक सुरळीत सुरु आहे. त्यांना अडवले जात नाही. इथे एक वेगळे हप्ते वसुलीचे सरकार सुरु झाले आहे. दुकानांवर निर्बंध लादण्यात आले आहेत. दुकान अमुक वाजेपर्यंत बंद करायचा नियम आहे. आता या दुकानदारांकडूनही हप्ते वसुलीसाठी वेगळी यंत्रणा काम करत आहे.
खरतरं लॉकडाऊनचा उपयोग आरोग्याच्या सुविधा वाढविण्यासाठी केला पाहिजे. इथे जिल्ह्याचा मृत्यूदर 3 टक्क्यांवरुन 3.5 टक्के झाला. 4 टक्के झाला. तरीही याकडे गांभिर्याने पाहीले जात नाही. कोणत्या तालुक्याचा मृत्युदर जास्त आहे. तेथे मृत्यूचे प्रमाण का वाढले. याचा अभ्यास केला पाहिजे. त्या तालुक्यात कोणत्या आरोग्य सुविधांची कमी आहे. कोणत्या आरोग्य सुविधा तालुक्यातील कोणत्या ठिकाणी वाढविण्याची आवश्यकता आहे. आरोग्य यंत्रणेला सुविधांखेरीज काही अडचणी आहेत का. तेथील रुग्णसंख्या, मृत्यूदर कमी होण्यासाठी कोणत्या उपाय योजना कराव्यात. याची चर्चा झाली पाहिजे. मात्र संबंधित तालुक्यातील आरोग्य अधिकारी, लोकप्रतिनिधी, प्रशासन यांच्याबरोबर बोलण्यासाठी सरकारकडे, प्रशासनाकडे वेळ नाही. त्याऐवजी आम्ही केवळ काहीतरी वेगळं करतोय हे दाखविण्याचे काम सुरु आहे. लॉकडाऊनच्या नावाखाली हप्ते वसुलीचे वेगळं काम सुरु झालाय. हे सर्व थांबवले पाहिजे. आरोग्य सुविधा जनतेला पुरविण्याचे काम प्रशासन आणि सरकारने करावे.
The lockdown period is constantly being extended in Maharashtra. It is expected to increase the facilities of the health during this period. But Mahavikas Agdi Government neglecting them. However, in the same lockdown, Hapte Vasuli has increased. This allegation was made by BJP’s North Ratnagiri district president and former MLA Dr. Vinay Natu. Private passenger traffic is running smoothly on the Mumbai-Pune route. They are not blocked. A separate installment recovery government has started here. Restrictions have been imposed on shops. The rule is to close the shop till a certain time. Now a separate mechanism is working for the recovery of installments from these shopkeepers also. The district’s mortality rate has risen from 3 percent to 4 percent. Yet this is not taken seriously. Which taluka has the highest mortality rate? Why the death rate increased there. This should be studied. Which health facilities are lacking in that taluka? Which health facilities need to be extended in which places in the taluka. Does the health system have any problems other than facilities? The number of patients there, what measures should be taken to reduce the death rate. This should be discussed. However, the government does not have time to talk to the health officials, people’s representatives, and administration in the concerned taluka. Instead, we are just trying to show that we are doing something different. A separate Hapte Vasuli has been started under the name of lockdown. It should all stop. The administration and the government should work to provide health facilities to the people.
